Vertical construction continues for eight buildings (Buildings F, G, H, I, J, K, L, and M) of Vail Residences, SMDC’s first resort-inspired low-rise condominium development in Upper Carmen, Cagayan de Oro City. The first phase covers 14 4-storey condo buildings.
The second phase will feature two 10-storey mixed use buildings at the property frontage along PN Roa Sr., Avenue.
