Pile works are now in progress for SM City Iligan, which will soon become the third SM Supermall in Northern Mindanao, following SM City Cagayan de Oro (2002) and SM CDO Downtown Premier (2017). The upcoming mall is being built on a 5-hectare property at the corner of Andres Bonifacio Avenue and Isabel Ramiro Street in Barangay Sto. Rosario. Located in a rapidly developing area, the site is poised to become a new commercial hub in Iligan City. Construction activity is expected to accelerate in the coming weeks, with more groundwork and site development to follow. As of now, no preliminary designs or architectural renderings have been released to the public.
