Robinsons Land Corporation (RLC) is set to develop a warehouse facility in Cagayan de Oro City, to be implemented through its logistics and industrial arm, Robinsons Logistix & Industrials Inc. (RLX). The project was presented during the Analysts Briefing held on May 6, 2025, as part of RLC’s future plans and strategic expansion. Construction of the facility is scheduled to begin in 2028, with completion targeted for 2029. This development further reinforces Cagayan de Oro’s position as a vital logistics hub in Mindanao.

(RLX) is a wholly owned subsidiary of Robinsons Land Corporation (RLC), specializing in the development of world-class logistics facilities and industrial parks across the Philippines. It has established facilities in key locations such as Calamba (Laguna), Muntinlupa, Cainta (Rizal), San Fernando (Pampanga), and Mexico (Pampanga).
