Multiple improvement projects are set at JR Borja General Hospital in Carmen, Cagayan de Oro City, aimed at enhancing its healthcare services and facilities. With total project cost of ₱49.75 million, the projects include:
- Emergency Room Expansion
- OB-Delivery Room (OB-DR) Renovation and Expansion
- OB-Operating Room (OB-OR) Renovation and Expansion
- Completion of the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) Isolation Area
- Construction of Triage and Waiting Area
- Establishment of the DRRM-H Office and Ambulance Parking
- Dietary Section Renovation and Expansion
All projects are targeted for completion within 240 calendar days, or approximately eight months.
