LandBank’s new branch is steadily rising in Initao, Misamis Oriental. With a project cost of ₱23.2 million, the facility is being built on a 1,500-square-meter lot within the Initao Municipal Hall Complex. Once completed, the branch will serve residents of Initao and neighboring municipalities.

It can be recalled that last year, the local government of Initao formalized the donation of the 1,500-sqm lot to LandBank.
