Small Oro café laments loss of sentimental childhood artwork stolen from restroom

A small café in Cagayan de Oro City is calling on the person who stole a framed childhood painting from their restroom to respect both the artwork and the business. MiMo Café, located behind Mallberry Suites Hotel, expressed frustration over the loss of “Art Attack”—a small painting made by the café owner at the age of 10, which holds deep sentimental value. CCTV footage showed a few suspicious individuals with large bags who spent a significant amount of time in the restroom, but it remains unclear who took the artwork. See the stolen artwork below.

This is the small framed painting that went missing from its wall hanger two days ago.

With its proximity to malls, MiMo Café has become a favorite spot with a growing base of loyal customers.
