Authorities in Valencia City, Bukidnon, are searching for a motorcycle-riding suspect who snatched the bag of retired clerk of court Malou Sapanta at Juanilla Village yesterday, April 28. Sapanta, who was dragged during the incident, is now confined to the intensive care unit (ICU) of a local hospital. In a Facebook post, City Administrator Atty. Genaro C. Cadigal, Jr. appealed to the public for information that could help identify the suspect. The crime was captured on CCTV.
