Dunkin’ Drive-Thru Cepalco is steadily taking shape. Located along Masterson Avenue in Uptown Cagayan de Oro, structural frames are now being installed. Once completed, this two-level branch will feature an alfresco balcony on the second floor, offering another inviting spot for donuts and coffee lovers.
