The Cagayan de Oro City Council has just approved the Preliminary Subdivision and Development Plan (PSDP) for Intalio Flats Primea Phase 2. The project will feature two residential condominium towers – one rising 14 storeys with roof deck and the other 17 storeys – located along San Antonio Street in Kauswagan near STI College. Together, the two buildings will offer a total 718 units. Intalio Flats Primea is being developed by Wee Community Developers, Inc., Magnahomes, Inc., and Chrey Builders Corporation.
