In case you missed it, a geotechnical investigation was conducted last year for the proposed Gaisano Canitoan in Calaanan, Canitoan, Cagayan de Oro City. The site is located near PN Roa Subdivision along PN Roa Sr. Avenue. The project first came to public attention in November 2023, when a billboard was installed at the site. With this development, there’s a possibility that this newest Gaisano branch could finally break ground within the year.
