First Gen Corporation has officially signed an agreement with Nippon Sanso Ingasco Group (NSIG) to supply clean and renewable energy to NSIG’s industrial gas manufacturing facility located at the Phividec Industrial Estate in Tagoloan, Misamis Oriental. Under the agreement, First Gen will deliver 2.6 megawatts of electricity sourced from its Mindanao Geothermal Power Plant in North Cotabato, which is operated by its subsidiary, Energy Development Corporation (EDC). NSIG is a subsidiary of Japan’s leading industrial gas company Nippon Sanso Holdings Group.
