Pete Jihoo Actub sank two clutch free throws with 5.2 seconds left, securing the lead as St. Mary’s School of Cagayan de Oro edged out the San Sebastian Golden Staglets, 63-62, in the Under-16 Boys Division of NBTC National Finals today, April 3, 2025 at the CCF Covered Court in Pasig City. However, the team of coach James Racines lost their momentum and faded in the quarterfinals, where they fell to DN Steel of Pampanga, 34-53, later in the afternoon.
