Norlaine Utara of Misamis Oriental General Comprehensive High School (MOGCHS) led several students from Cagayan de Oro and Misamis Oriental in achieving top honors in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area Mathematical Olympiad (BIG BAY BEI) 2025 Finals held on March 15-16 in Hong Kong and online.
