One Manresa Place, the highly anticipated three-tower high-rise residential condominium at the 14.6-hectare Manresa Town by Cebu Landmasters, Inc. (CLI) in Cagayan de Oro, has reportedly generated at least ₱2 billion in sales reservations on the first day of its two-day Conversion Day event at the Platinum Hall of Mallberry Suites. According to CLI sales officer Kathy Macapayag, who shared the initial figures on Facebook, around 400 residential units were reserved, underscoring strong market demand for this premier development.
Day 2 is set tomorrow, March 20, still at the same venue.
