D’Residential Loft Tower 2, a 12-storey mixed-use building, is set to rise soon at Pueblo de Oro, adjacent to Tower 1 along PN Roa Sr Avenue, which was inaugurated in 2023. The new development will feature commercial and office spaces on the lower floors, with residential units including 2-level loft units on the upper levels, offering more investment opportunities in Cagayan de Oro’s uptown area.
