Three medical schools in Cagayan de Oro City – Xavier University – Dr. José P. Rizal School of Medicine, Liceo de Cagayan University and University of Science and Technology of Southern Philippines, are eligible for the government’s Medical Scholarship and Return Service (MSRS) program effective Academic Year (AY) 2025-26. 2. Subsidy and Allowances
3. Internship Program/5th year Medicine
4. Enrolment to the following:
- National Health Insurance Program in the amount prescribed by the Philippine Health Insurance Corporation (PHIC) to be paid directly to PHIC quarterly by concerned CHEDCO/RO; and
- Government Service Insurance System (GSIS) Accident Insurance to be paid directly to GSIS annually by concerned CHEDCO/RO.
