The proposed Navona Lumbia Subdivision of Johndorf Ventures Corporation in San Isidro, Barangay Lumbia, Cagayan de Oro City, has been renamed Arvesa Village. This change follows the 20th City Council’s approval of an amendment to the ordinance granting the developer’s application for Preliminary Approval and Locational Clearance (PALC). The subdivision which covers an area of 40,000 square meters, containing 310 lots/units is located across Lumbia Octagon Sports Arena. The name change aims to avoid confusion among residents, as another Johndorf-developed subdivision in Lumbia already bears the name Navona Subdivision.
