The newly inaugurated 5 MLD Level III Potable Water Supply Project by JE Hydro & Bio-Energy Corporation is now operational in Balubal, Cagayan de Oro City. The ribbon-cutting ceremony was led by City Vice Mayor Jocelyn “Bebot” Rodriguez, JE Hydro President Peachy Galang Hapitan, Task Force Patubig Development Corporation President Rodolfo Pancrudo, and Balubal Barangay Chairman Pablo M. Bactong. The facility draws raw water from the Agusan River and supplies potable water to households in Balubal as well as subdivisions in the neighboring Upper Agusan area.
