AZ Developers Corporation, a private real estate developer, plans to construct two eight-storey condominium buildings in Aluba, Macasandig, Cagayan de Oro City. The project, called Ridge Garden, as outlined in their submitted Preliminary Subdivision Development Plan (PSDP), will have a gross floor area of 3,502 square meters. The City Council committee on subdivision and landed estate, chaired by Councilor Edgar S. Cabanlas, are scheduled to conduct an ocular inspection on February 26, 2025.
Representatives of the developer, City Housing and Urban Development Department (CHUDD), City Engineer, and City Planning and Development Officer are also expected to join the activity.
To give you an idea of the exact location, here’s a site visit last October 2024.
Further, last December 17, 2024, Barangay Macasandig officials held a public consultation onsite along Camiguin Street in relation to the project, as required for the application. Camiguin Street is the one leading to High Ridge, so it could be along the upper ridge section of Aluba Subidivison.
