Construction of the Alternate Government Command and Control Center for Mindanao located near Lumbia Airport in Cagayan de Oro City is now progressing to Phase 3, with an approved budget of P38.6 million. The facility will serve as a backup hub to ensure continuity of emergency operations in case of disasters or incidents that may compromise the Regional Disaster Risk Reduction Management Council (RDRRMC) Operations Center.
