In a post-Valentine incident early Wednesday morning, February 19, 2025, a visibly intoxicated woman was seen harassing motorists along Valenzuela Road near Agora Market in Lapasan, Cagayan de Oro City. Despite a bystander’s attempt to calm her down, she knelt on the road, attempted to pull down her shorts, and then lay down in the middle of the road, blocking traffic.
