While large warehouse complexes are sprouting along the Coastal Diversion Road from Kauswagan to Opol, a notable new development is taking shape at the corner of Kauswagan-Bulua Highway and Saarenas Avenue or Westbound Terminal Road. This prime location, right next to S&R Membership Shopping, has sparked curiosity. Sources revealed that it is the upcoming Triumph Home Depot, a chain of building and home improvement stores similar to Wilcon and Citi Hardware. The Bacolod-based company has been posted job hiring ads for its Cagayan de Oro store since last week.
