Great news for frozen yogurt lovers in Uptown Cagayan de Oro! Llaollao (pronounced yao-yao), the world’s leading frozen yogurt brand, is set to open its second branch in the city at SM City CDO Uptown, right next to Pizza Hut. Based on the tarp installed, target opening will be within the first quarter of this year.
