Thousands of individuals gathered for Iglesia Ni Cristo’s (INC) National Rally for Peace in Cagayan de Oro City today, January 13, 2025. Authorities estimated that around 16,000 attendees filled Divisoria Plaza, with additional participants occupying nearby city blocks and Rio de Oro Boulevard, where their vehicles were parked. In a radio interview, a senior INC official said that over 34,000 members from across Northern Mindanao participated in the event. Simultaneous rallies were also held in various major cities nationwide.
