The Inspectorate Team of Cagayan de Oro City’s Regulatory Compliance Board (RCB) issued rdinance violations receipts (OVRs) to several individuals caught drinking at Sitio Taguanao, Barangay Indahag, Cagayan de Oro City late Friday evening, January 3. They were found violating City Ordinance No. 5133, which prohibits the consumption of liquor in public places. Acting on reports from residents about minors drinking near the Aquilino Pimentel Jr. International Convention Center – often leading to littering and brawls, the team intervened. After issuing the OVRs, the individuals were sent home.
