After months of inactivity, construction of the new Opol Municipal Hall located in Malanang, Opol, Misamis Oriental is set to resume with Phase 2 implementation. The project under Contract ID No. 24KL0127, has an approved budget of P98 million. This phase includes completion of the ground floor architectural works, structural works for the 2nd floor up to the roof, roofing installation, doors and windows, painting, electrical, airconditioning, plumbing and mechanical works. Development is expected to recommence early next year.
No activity has been observed onsite for several months already. Photo below taken in May 2024.
