You may have noticed a small aircraft displayed in the northern section of Liceo de Cagayan University Senior High School Campus as Paseo del Rio. While its purpose remains unclear, the school does not currently offer any aviation-related course. The presence of the aircraft has sparked curiosity, leaving many to wonder if it might signify future developments.
Some say it could be the aircraft at Dahilayan owned by Engr Paras who has disclosed plans to put up a cable car station in the area but as shown below, it’s totally different.
