PROJECT WATCH: Project Lunhaw (Divisoria Redevelopment) and Carmen Riverside Park updated rendering as of November 2024

Phases 2 and 3 of the Divisoria Redevelopment Project under Project Lunhaw in Cagayan de Oro City are set to commence soon. Featured here is the latest perspective of the redeveloped Divisoria Park, along with the proposed Carmen Riverside Park adjacent to Kagay-an Bridge. This riverside park will showcase pavers, landscaped greenery, and pedestrian-friendly walkways, creating a serene and accessible urban space.

Mr. Patrick Gabutina, Project Lunhaw Head, shared some valuable info on the development on city hall’s online program “Department in Focus”.

    Hopefully, plans include public cr to avoid smelly areas like cogon.
