Here is the latest rendering of Platinum Tower, a proposed condominium development set to transform the old, unfinished hotel structure at Paseo del Rio in Cagayan de Oro City. This project aims to revitalize the area, converting the long-standing 12-storey building into a modern residential space. Details are still limited but construction works have been visibly progressing onsite.
