The National Grid Corporation of the Philippines (NGCP) successfully energized Power Transformer No. 3 at the Jasaan Substation in Misamis Oriental last October 31, 2024. This development will enable a smoother flow of electricity to electric cooperatives serving local communities. The project was led by NGCP’s technical teams from Mindanao Operations and Maintenance, Mindanao Planning and Engineering, alongside their contractors.
