A senior citizen was killed when he was ran over by a speeding truck while crossing the pedestrian lane along the National Highway in Agusan, Cagayan de Oro City at around 2:00 PM on Monday, October 28. CCTV footage showed that the victim was already on the pedestrian lane, a good distance from the approaching truck, which showed no signs of slowing down before tragically running over him.
