Broad Holon Building Construction technology is now being used in the 14-hectare Valley View Township Project in Sta. Ana, Tagoloan, Misamis Oriental. The second mid-rise residential tower employs this innovative method, where stainless-steel prefabricated modular components are stacked like building blocks to facilitate rapid assembly. In just a few days of construction, the building has already reached six storeys, showcasing the efficiency and speed of this modern construction technique. A total of 33 residential towers will be built at the township.
