Construction of the Access Road to the Macasandig-Macanhan-Manresa Bridge is now in full swing. This comes after the recent closure of Biasong Tinib Road in Macasandig, which led to heavy traffic in the area. The closure is part of Package 1 of the project, which includes concrete road construction and related drainage system. To help manage traffic, advisory billboards have been placed at key points, particularly at the corner of Biasong Tinib Road and Tomas Saco Street.

Below is the coverage of Package 1 of the project which has an appropriation of P200 million.

This does not include the bridge construction yet.

Below is the Access Road and tentative alignment of the proposed bridge which connects further to Masterson Avenue at PN Roa Sr Avenue junction.

Total length of the access road project (Package 1) is 1.05 kilometers.

Here’s the perspective of the proposed bridge as released by DPWH-10.
