Cagayan de Oro City Mayor Rolando “Klarex” Uy has ordered Cagayan de Oro City Police Office (COCPO) City Director Col. Salvador Radam for a swift resolution of the shooting of Cogon Police Station Commander Police Captain Abdulcahar Armama near Greenhills Memorial Park in Bulua Saturday night, October 5, 2024. PCol. Armama was rushed to the nearest hospital but was pronounced dead on arrival. Meanwhile, authorities are now conducting hot pursuit operation to track down the riding-in-tandem assailants, though the motive of the shooting has yet to be determined.
Police Capt. Armama is a member of PNPA “MASIDLAK” Class of 2017.
