A flyover is being proposed along RN Pelaez Boulevard, designed to bypass the junction near Savemore Kauswagan. This is one of three major infrastructure projects planned for Cagayan de Oro City, as revealed during the “Urban Connect x LocalLab: Building a Future-Ready Cagayan de Oro City” forum held last September 26. In addition to the flyover, the proposal includes what looks like a circular pedestrian overpass around a rotunda at the same junction. While specific details remain unavailable, the project is now in the preparation phase, with a feasibility study scheduled for inclusion in years 2025-2028.
