Here’s a rare aerial night photo of the Panguil Bay Bridge which is set to be inaugurated on September 27 based on latest update from the DPWH. The 3.17-kilometer bridge when completed will become the longest water-spanning bridge in Mindanao connecting Tangub City in Misamis Occidental and Tubod in Lanao del Norte.
