Five young students from Cagayan de Oro have excelled in the 2024 Sister Cities International Young Artists and Authors Showcase. The winners are Gianna Renee Alexa Mantilla of Corpus Christi School, who won the GRAND PRIZE in Music; Mary Lyzbette Anne Capadocia of Kong Hua School, who won the GRAND PRIZE in Poetry; Nicolette Ranan of Corpus Christi School, who won the GRAND PRIZE in Essay; Rachel Sarmiento of Corpus Christi School, who won the GRAND PRIZE in Digital Art; and Adrianne Figueroa of Corpus Christi School, who secured 2ND PLACE in Classic Art.
