Afni, a U.S.-based global contact center company, is currently conducting an online language skills assessment for BPO professionals in Cagayan de Oro City. To qualify, applicants must have at least six months of BPO experience, be a college graduate, and currently reside in CDO. Those who complete the assessment will receive a P200 SM Digital Voucher. According to Afni’s website, the company has three sites in the Philippines—two in Quezon City and one in Santa Rosa, Laguna. While there is no official information yet about Afni opening a physical site in CDO, the online assessment suggests a promising interest in expanding operations in the city.
