A Whole Nut Building as part of the White Copra and Refined Bleached and Deodorized Oil (RBDO) Processing Center will soon rise in Barangay Pangasihan in Gingoog City. The facility is being established under the Coconut Farmers and Industry Development Plan (CFIDP) that is being implemented by the Philippine Center for Postharvest Development and Mechanization (PHilMech) as part of its mandate under Republic Act No. 11524 or the Coconut Farmers and Industry Trust Fund Act.
The construction of the facility has an approved budget for the contract of P38,058,750 with contract duration of 102 calendar days.
