It was literally ‘raining pineapples’ in Alae, Manolo Fortich, Bukidnon, early Friday, August 16, after thousands of pineapples fell off a moving truck. A viral video shared by netizen Donnabelle Butch Exsaure-Virtudazo Antipala showed local residents gathering the scattered pineapples along the highway. According to witnesses, the truck, which they believed came from Del Monte, experienced a failure in its side railings, causing the pineapples to spill onto the road. Unaware of the loss, the truck continued its journey toward Cagayan de Oro, leaving much of its cargo behind. Watch below.
