The rotunda in Tubod, Lanao del Norte, part of the Panguil Bay Bridge Access Road Project, has already taken shape. While motorists are still allowed to traverse the area, the circular form of the roundabout is now clearly visible. Once completed, traffic will flow along the circumference of the rotunda.
