SM Development Corp (SMDC) is preparing to launch two new 10-storey buildings, as part of its Vail Residences development along PN Roa Sr Avenue in Uptown Cagayan de Oro. This launch will introduce additional residential units for potential buyers and investors, along with commercial spaces on the ground floor accessible to the public.
