Their main dish, the whole roasted chicken, is priced at just P300 and comes with free biryani rice and garlic sauce.

Watch him below.
Before the chickens are placed on skewers to be roasted, they are marinated overnight with spices imported from Lebanon and the Middle East. Each skewer has eight chickens. The special roasting machine has seven skewers making 56 total roasted chickens.

Abed is personally making the roast.

Roasting the chickens take an average time of one hour and 15 minutes ensuring the chicken meat is cooked.

Cooked chickens are initially placed at the bottom where they catch the juicy drips of the roasted chickens in the skewers.

By the way, they’re also selling the new Quarter Chicken (good for solo) for P110 and comes with free biryani rice and garlic or chili sauce.

Once roasted, the chickens are pressed at least three times indicating their tenderness.

Abed puts some additional spice to the chicken before they are packed.

Meanwhile, the first set of patrons eagerly awaiting their roasted chicken orders.

There are small tables inside and outside the store.

Packs are ready to be filled with ordered roasted chicken.

The packs are already filled with free biryani rice.

Abed takes some time to take selfies with customers.

Actually, Why Chicken is scheduled to open tomorrow, July 14 but customers have already started to flock to the store to order. Hence, their initial roasts turned out to be their first sales.
