CAAP lauds honest Laguindingan Airport cleaner for returning bag with P50k cash left by passenger in a push cart

The Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines (CAAP) has commended a Laguindingan Airport personnel for returning a bag containing P50,000, left by a passenger in a push cart at the airport arrival area at 7:20 a.m. today, July 8, 2024. CAAP Area 10 Manager Engr. Job de Jesus lauded Joshua Bustamante, an airport facility cleaner, for his honesty and swift action in promptly spotting the bag and informing airport management to locate its owner.

The bag was later claimed by the passenger at 9:00 am, who had traveled from Manila and was returning to her province in Lanao.
