Dolly Ceballos Cruz of Malaybalay City, Bukidnon, has been named one of the Top 3 Finalists in the Head-to-Head Challenge of Miss World Philippines 2024. This challenge recognizes contestants who excel in speaking and presentation skills, intelligence, and quick thinking. As a lawyer and teacher, it’s no surprise that she was named a finalist. The winner of this fast-track event will automatically secure a spot in the finals on July 19 at the SM Mall of Asia Arena.
