Athletes from the Northern Mindanao Regional Athletic Association (NMRAA) together with their coaches and staff have arrived in Cebu City and are now at the Barrio Luz Elementary School and High School where they are housed. The 2024 Palarong Pambansa Opening Ceremony will be on July 9.
