Ground works are now underway for Panguil Bay Tower and Residences, a 15-storey twin tower residential condominium project under the “Pambansang Pabahay Para Sa Pilipino (4PH)” housing program, situated at the entrance of Panguil Bay Bridge Access Road across Gaisano Mall Tubod and LANECO. It will be the tallest 4PH building in Northern Mindanao and will have 750 affordable condominium units when completed.
By the way, the official name of the project came after a Condominium Name Challenge facilitated by the Municipal Government of Tubod. Below are the winners of the said challenge.
