The Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development (DHSUD) in collaboration with the Local Government of Tubod, Lanao del Norte recently held the groundbreaking ceremony for the 15-storey twin tower residential condominium project under the “Pambansang Pabahay Para Sa Pilipino (4PH)” housing program, a flagship initiative of President Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos Jr. It will be the tallest 4PH building in Northern Mindanao and will have 750 affordable condominium units when completed.
DHSUD-10 Regional Director Ariel B. Abragan, representing Sec. Jose Rizalino Acuzar, and Municipal Mayor Dionisio Cabahug, Jr. of Tubod also signed the Joint Venture Agreement (JVA) that paves the way for the construction and management of the condo units. The said project will address the housing needs and improve the living conditions of the community. The signed agreement also symbolizes commitment to collaboration, transparency, and accountability, ensuring that the 4PH program’s objectives are met efficiently.
The housing project is a flagship program given by President Marcos Jr to the local government of Tubod and is ably supported by the SB Members, Cong. Khalid Dimaporo and Lanao del Norte Gov. Imelda Dimaporo.
