Landers Superstore will be opening at Paseo del Rio, as confirmed by Office of the Building Official (OBO) chief Engr. Rosanna Rodriguez during the ‘Department in Focus’ online program hosted by the City Information Office last Wednesday, June 26. While she didn’t explicitly name the store, it was clear she was referring to the highly anticipated Landers Superstore, which has been the subject of much speculation in Cagayan de Oro in recent months.
Rumors of the 3-hectare property at Paseo del Rio began to circulate after site clearing was observed last April.
Engr Rodriguez said she already had talks with the proponent regarding the project.
She said Mayor Rolando “Klarex” Uy had already disclosed earlier.
