Check out the updated conceptual development plan for the 44-hectare Orchard District, a township development project by Johndorf Ventures Corporation located in Barangay Balulang, Cagayan de Oro City. Uploaded by WTA Design Studio on its website, the plan characterizes integration of mixed-use development, prioritizing transit-oriented design, embracing sustainability, leveraging technology, celebrating diversity, and enhancing resilience.
Just in case you are still wondering its location, it’s the property across Montierra Subdivision along South Diversion Road which also includes the mango orchard, hence the name. The property is bordered on the south by a cliff overlooking Cagayan de Oro River.

Based on the conceptual plan, the township is divided into six districts: Courtyard District, Gateway District, Central District, Cliffview Residential, Tourism District and Garden Residential.
